Yeah I don't have much of a problem with prayer not working during bxpw, my issue is it giving 2x base instead of the usual xp rate. I wish it would just be untouched so it's not less efficient to train during bxpw

The problem is that even with other skills having ingame bxp and prayer not, with bxpw we would get:

mining - base + 100%bxp + 100%bxpw + 20%raf + 12%ava + 12%set + 6%vos =
350%

agi - base + 100%bxp + 100%bxpw + 20%raf + 12%ava + 12%set + 6%vos + 20%insig =
370%

pray - base + 250%altar + 100%bxpw + 20%raf + 12%ava + 12%set =
494%
