Hey now the fally shield gives you free prayer and more xp the few times the fally patch doesn't die or you actually remember to equip the shield (since staff unequips it now)
It also boosts xp at artisans workshop!

How dare you call it irrelevant!

To be fair it also wouldn't be included in any exp boosting items (except yaktwee stick?) soo :P
