He didn't commit suicide out of guilt. His suicide was entirely unrelated to that photo. Oh nvm, just read up on it, apparently he did.

But yea, it's sad. I would've assisted that child (or tried to).

But how would you help that kid? You might get a deadly disease but in the other hand, if you would just leave him there, it would destroy you mentally :/
