I remember killing those on alt when I was even lower leveled than now, using addy mace + bug lantern.
Had to bank twice because they hit too much. :c

Got another task a few days ago (because cbb doing quests for better master) and they were easy again as I had treachery wand and higher prayer. Bug lantern effectively removing conc blast from ability rotation and making you do 50% less overall damage is annoying though, particularly at the levels which the task is aimed at.
