Brilliant amulet can be combined with the old radiant amulet, the latter can also be won on th from today until the 29th. This results in a Luminous amulet, which has the abilities of both the amulets used to create it, just that you now have one amulet instead of 2.

I wonder how many times they're going to release add-ons to previous th items this year D:
