Idk, feels like everyone knows Dardan as the pvmer but I also hang out in HLF a lot. Dardan has like 32k yt subs and B0aty has 133k. The only yters I'd imagine with subs that high would probably be Chris Archie and Sparc Mac though Chris Archie now does yt vids for the OSRS team.

A friend has 182k subs and Alkan has 110k

Yeah I usually only watch the ones Jagex does though on rare occasions I'll tune in shortly to watch Sparc Mac pk. Speaking of Jagex streams, I missed bits of the last stream the OSRS team did and they haven't posted it on previous broadcasts yet.
