They should remove 200m exp caps

Jagex keeps saying that they cant do it because it would increase the unhealthy gamestyle or whatever but maybe they are actually worried that it will decrease it???? Since there wouldnt be a cap anymore, a milestone to see who reaches it first. It would only be a competition between the top of each skill. Noone else would care
