I agree with Rowley that final boss title is probably at most 400m gp nowadays, fyi.
The following is by far not the most average rate you can expect, I was on the lucky side of it.
View it as my personal log if you will.
I did like 80% of all boss kill counts for Final Boss title in July-August. Prices were higher back then, e.g. malevolent energies were from 300k in july to crashing in august. Rots shields were 13m. I've funded my supplies through slayer (it only took 5m to make 50 overload flask sets, and I've made multiple sets throughout the journey...)
Araxxi (currently at 85) - Made nox bow and sold for 400m flat. 48.6m in small loot. Total of 448.6m gp. Also got the pet.
Barrows Brothers (completed) - I've gotten maybe 8 barrows pieces here. Was probably about 10m including small loot.
Rise of Six (completed) - After talking with Rich, he believed we got 70 energies per from a 40 rot6 kills trip last week - going to use that figure.
Also : from last week

Roughly 11.9m in energies + 8m shield + 11m in small loot. I may have had a little more in energies. If that was August however, with energies being 250k per and 13m per shield. Would be 17.5m in energies + 13m shield + 11m small loot, total of 41.5m or really 1m per rots kill o_O.
I had 80 kill count in rots in august. So I made at least 80m from back then (I did get 2 vengeful shields back then.)
Last week, I finished rot6 - getting a malevolent shield on like 95th kill. Would place my total loot to be 95m for 100 kills. And (80m + 31.6m - 95m
16.6m towards 5k kill count. Total: 111.6m
Chaos Elemental (Complete) - Probably only 1m. No D2h.
All 4 GWD bosses (completed) - Probably only 10m lol. Never got more than an acp drop from all 4 bosses.

Nice loots though. If you don't mind spending a minute to alch the onyxes from kiln, they're 1080k alch, but give the "expensive item" warning every time

I just took 1 stone from the task rewards and no boost or anything and used it there for the xp
