not really, thats not the goal or the idea :S the idea is that sending in support tickets or getting help from support thats not on twitter takes forever. if you go to twitter w/e you need done is done in a day tho. stop people from going to twitter, make jagex's support inbox get unbearable big and make things crazy :d
