Perhaps it would've been better if they just had 1 account per department/whatever, like RsNinja, RsCM, RsAudio, rather than one for every single Jmod that wanted one
Do Jmods themselves offer support through Twitter or is it only the dedication @JagexSupport or W/E? I don't think i've really seen Jmods directly assisting with account help related issues.. If they do, they either direct them to @JagexSupport or the Wiki..
I'm surprised the Jmod inpersonations on twitter didn't start sooner. There was a thread the other day about the dangers of doing sensitive stuff on Twitter, careless people could easily lose their accounts to a fraud.

yes they do assist people directly on twitter. ik cos they did it with me and it wasnt jagexsupport.
