My laptop has a 17 inch screen 1920x1080 and it looks amazing. I wouldn't want smaller res on it, although I think it's the threshold. Smaller or bigger res than that and it'd look bad.

I think I have a 26 inch as my main monitor and it uses some awkward resolution like 1366x768 or 1024x768. It doesn't fully fill the screen but it's the closest I can get without making a custom resolution and voiding the warranty on the tv

24" does everything I need it to. I prefer playing with browser (used for music, streaming, forums etc) on the left side of my screen, and RS on the right side. Works wonders. :D

I've had smaller screens in the past and they didn't really do the above well for me. Not enough space to put both properly on the screen. :c
