Doing the 5 which gives most thieving xp, changing your order depending on vos would be best for thief xp. I just go anticlockwise starting at Meilyr though (Meilyr>hefin>armlodd>trahaern>crwys>meilyr .. etc)

I don't change my clans due to VoS, since I don't want melee, magic, range, cooking or thieving brawlers. (200m, 200m, 200m, 200m, and the worst pair) - I do the same run as Kjetil, but using an entire Crystal Teleport seed each run:

Start at Trahaearn
Teleport seed to Cryws
Teleport seed to Meilyr
Run to Hefin
Run to Amlodd
Teleport to Trahaearn

Repeat. Unslain Bosses - Clan
