My APM on a bad day is only 220 dw.

When there's an AoE Tournament then it's like 300+

Pretty low ik.

I can only perform 2 actions per minute. 1 if sleepy

If I remember right, it tells you how many summoning scrolls are stored in the helm.. If you used to have scrolls and it runs out, the commune option probably gets stuck there until you use it.. Then it realizes there are no charges and disappears
