@Shields: I believe they were changed so that higher tiered shields heal more from resonance, recieve higher buffs from revenge and longer debilitiate duration (idk if other def abilities are affected as well) compared to lower tiered shields, but I don't recall if this was mentioned anywhere or exact numbers. :x

Switching from Elysian or eeks to a veng kite for web shields at Araxxor was a noticeable change in heals though.
