I used to stay up till like 6am but I've stopped doing that now as that really messed up shit. Used to wake up like 4-5pm and feel like crap the next day, just horrible so now I try to force myself to go earlier than that.
Problem is, when it gets late (around 2-3am) I am usually NEVER tired enough to want to go sleep or I get distracted by something and end up staying up late. Can't count how many times I've said one day "I'm going early today" and then end up staying up till like 5. l
