I still visit normal GE and it was added when the Xmas event was out. I barely noticed it in Low detail though.

Sometimes Elf City is 3 bright 5 me and like Runespan it gives me a headache so I leave lol.

Meh, last year there were christmas trees and winter-y effects in most major cities and this year they only added a three in the middle of Varrock square and a cracker in a deserted crater ;-;
