There are overrides with the total cost of 500 points, which will take like 20 days of delivering presents. o:
Those snake things that spawn every 3 hours can be used to boost points though and they give summoning xp I think (yay!).

Speak to Santa Claus in the battle of Lumbridge crater to recieve a sack of present, which has the option of giving a present to a NPC of your choice once per day. Go to the chosen npc to recieve festive paper and return to Santa Claus for a 14.5k xp lamp and 25 cheer points.
