perhaps it's something similar to a recurring bill payment where you only have to enter a security code once and it's recurring. I'm not sure though, seems fishy.

eek, I would definitely remove paypal details. But it seems like most of the problems occurred with c-cards so idk. Maybe to be on the safe side moo
