Not sure how to feel about all this police brutality shit in the media, considering I may become a cop soon. Some cops suck at their jobs, I know that. But sometimes the civilian is to blame.

I wasn't there but from what I read, the verdict was reached by people who sat through hours and hours of testimony and heard all the facts/evidence from 60 witnesses. If they say he was a criminal, then he was. However I am disappointed that some people see the need to destroy property and vandalize as a reaction to the verdict. The members of the community had their chance to show they were above unlawful activities but once again they demonstrated contempt for the law when it doesn't go their way. Violence, property destruction, etc. are unacceptable responses in any lawful society. This "give us what we want, or we will burn you" behavior reeks of terrorism. Just my two cents.
