There are so many people maxing/comping daily it gets annoying to have it on I guess
The quest gives me a headache. I always like having all quests done even if I'm not comping but I think I'm breaking that habit starting right now.

You can also get them from the Crystal Chest (10 at a time 1:12 chance under Iorwerth voice, not sure without) Unslain Bosses - Clan
