I think they activated straight away last time, but the badges were glitchy or summat and wouldn't show til were fixed a day or two after if I recall.

I was going to make an alt after I maxed but iron man mode came out so I just combined the two. Already bored of IM though and pokemon or/as came out anyways. I need to train a lot before my iron acc can finish the last 100 quest points lol

I doubt they would raise the amount of bonds required. Just because they didn't offer really anything like they said they would. They were like ah yea gold premier gets SO much, just wait and see!.. and they didn't even start slapping things onto it until later this year and it was anticlimactic at that..
