Pretty sure its like +3-4 more ontop of a normal overload and normal 5/6 min dose.

They boost to 118 and last 6 minutes too. I can see that little extra accuracy being nice but other than that they don't offer anything regular overloads don't. Feel free to read my list where I put all the new potions into groups to hopefully make it less confusing.
