While you may feel frustrated at the alleged rule breaking, it is my duty to inform you that naming and shaming on the forums is strictly forbidden, as there is no way to verify the claim.

I suggest you have a good long read of the CoC and a glance at the FSR before you continue to post, in order to avoid further transgressions.
