It's either bugged and meant to disappear after you harvest one (any) pillar as that gives you a memoriam crystal, or there is something hidden with it.

People say a title requires a combination of items, which is similar to the description if you click the crystal, but the way you got the crystal also required a combination of items (tree+potion+pillar). Additionally, every time you harvest the pillars a message says you already got that crystal, which makes me think the bugged option is more likely. Hi
