I think the recipe just sucks to find cause we're maxed.

Elf City only assumes you're fresh and new in the city with 75 dungeoneering... With 75 dg, you have a long way till 120 dg and that... you have a lot of chance to get all 9 recipes before 120 dg.

Well yeah it bothers us more because we're pretty much "done" with dg. If you're pursuing comp and only have say... 99 dg or lower, you wouldn't exactly be bothered about recipes because chances are.. you'll knock out the requirement before you hit 120 anyway. For us, it's a different story though. We just have to open doors for hours on end hoping that we see that paper lying on the ground..
