Amulet of Souls should just make ss heal 10% even above the 2k cap.

Would be more attractive to use. The whole "chance" system is so clungy and broken, did they not learn from critical hit chance?

Even with the chance system, it averages a number and that's about 2% more healing. And that's really insignificant considering that soul split heals about 7% of damage dealt, vampyrism aura 5%, and scrimshaw either 5 or 6.66% if used. Hi
