The blood necklace shard is a rare item dropped by edimmu. It can be attached to an amulet of fury, or the arcane stream, brawler's knockout or farsight sniper necklaces to improve their stats.

Once attached to an amulet or necklace, the original item is lost and the shard cannot be removed from the improved item.
