Makes perfect sense, you've been gaining con xp, you probably overbought planks because your dicing ways make you buy in surplus.

Well if substitutes fall in price then so will mahogany (while bxpw not going on).
Eh, I thought about that, but teak gp/xp has been less than oak gp/xp in the past so doesn't necessarily mean the reason is because there is a substitute available.
