As far as I know only dragon pickaxe can be updated to crystal pickaxe. You can however destroy an imcando pickaxe to get a crystal pickaxe (the 1m fee and the redberry pie are not refunded). I don't really know though, not following these things. I avoided reading the design documents extensively because these things change a lot before the release, and I was busy the other day and ended up not watching the livestream. Hi
