Are you telling me only people I have added get green broadcasts? Those who have me added won't get them if I have chat on?

Maybe I should just delete everyone or play with chat off lol. Hi

Yeah I got a wand at Vorago, about an hour later I got a pm from someone I didn't have added saying "Oh grats on the wand, X told me, deleted </3"

People used to just check fc's to see if they're still added, but you could just stop that by closing fc. Maybe a Jagex mod got deleted at one point and wanted to create a clever way to tell who has you added, and who doesn't! So they came out with the broadcast system. Now it's like impossible to hide, unless the person you deleted does not know how the broadcast system works.
