Also, we've got like a terrace upstairs, and since it's on the 7th floor I can get a panoramic view of the city + a view to the clear night.

I could take my laptop, but I can already imagine it'll attract all sort of insects since that's what laptops outdoors at night do. RIP - would be so peaceful though! Wifi even reaches it!
