Skill capes are ezpz just get herb or something. Tbh I don't really know any cape, legends is the go to for 07 but idk the stats in rs3

Lmfao not doing 99 herblore in Ironman xD and expert capes require 99 in stats Kasper. Was thinking legends but that's a lot of work, I'm using the ghost backpack atm lmfao.
