I just tanked some guy from chaos elemental to lever without any gear or items and 5 shark drops. I would have just let him kill me but I had an undosed weapon poison drop which is kinda discontinued now and I wanted to bank it. But yeah this was funny, he rushed me in the middle of the fight and couldn't kill me.
