Battlestaves if you buy them from shops aren't that costly and potion flasks if you mine sandstone is free, but else crafting is generally quite expensive (though lately it's been cheaper than it used to be)

Seekers in dg have pizzas for heads. Battlestaves actually sell pretty low.. Like whenever I get a drop of them, it takes them quite a while to sell at 7k, if they even do before I yank them out and spam -5% to instasell them for 5.8k lol. Not sure how much the orbs are, but making and alching them might be a viable method if the battlestaves are that cheap.
