I wasn't talking about so precise things, I meant nothing more than lack of knowledge. To give you an example, he fell down in the Ganondorf fight and he just climbed all the way up instead of using the hookshot. Ganondorf then used the big ball and he tried and failed to reflect it twice when, no matter how bad he was, he could have just shot a light arrow to skip to the end of that phase. He also ran out of arrows earlier on and didn't know where to pick some. In a 7 hour run, you can save a lot of time by eliminating these mistakes, without necessarily playing better.
And for sum rocks you can just make like 25 terrorbirds, usually they are enough to get a rock.
