I went to the Elf City Q&A at Runefest yesterday and found out some cool things! All things are up to date and accurate as of yesterday but may be subject to change by the time the update is released.
Hefin - Agility and Prayer - Inspired by Shaolin monks. Contains the city’s agility course which involves scaling a huge monastery and free running over the surrounding cliffs and mountains. Is much more AFK than Gnome Adv/ Barbarian Adv courses. Exp rate is still yet to be decided.
Meilyr - Herblore & Dungeoneering - New combination potions. Large range of combination potions to be released. It was implied that you cannot use flasks/potions on each other to make a combination potion e.g. for an overload renewal you cannot combine an overload potion/flask with a renewal potion/flask you have to create it from scratch and use the ingredients together in one potion. Wasn’t made very clear so will have to check on that one.
Imp Collector NPC - new eccentric NPC that is involved with collecting implings. New outfit to be obtained from this NPC however the gloves and boots of this outfit can only be obtained from catching certain types of implings. There is a completionist’s cape requirement linked to this although it was not said what it is.
More thievable Elven workers to be released in batch 2 specific to each clan. The levels required for these workers will be 92, 94, 96, and 98. The cooldown period for being caught will remain the same as it is now. The idea was that you could go around thieving from all clans and by the time you got to the first clan again, the cooldown timer will have reset so you can go full cycle without stopping.
More titles, easter eggs and lore to be released in batch 2 involving the Seren fragment upstairs in the tower of voices.
Prifddinas is not and will not be put on the world map because it requires a quest to access it.
