The Attacker's insignia is pretty good tho, procs really often. I think it might be proccing on bleed ticks which really makes it shine whilst using melee. Slightly annoying when it occurs with a mirrorback/web active but still a nice nearly-free scrimshaw substitute :3

One has to remember theory of relativity and quantum theory are both that, theories. While they both give a good understanding of how things "should" work, neither answers everything.
