Is there some kind of list with optimal block/prefer lists, cancel tasks, xp rates (using several methods if possible) and other useful info like that for Morvran? I'd like to do some slayer when I have free time but all those new things are confusing. Here I made a list with the tasks and their weights and put them in groups but I'm still very undecided..

I put the tasks in those groups having in mind what I enjoy, what I can tolerate, and what I've heard people say about certain tasks (nechs/gargoyles being bad for example). I think it's a nice list though. Hi

If you want it to be optimal(xp wise) You'll probably always want celestials/black demons and elves. Maybe Jadinkos(but more of personal preference on that)

Otherwise your list seems pretty good. Not aware of any up to date efficient block/skip/do tasks though. Will try have a look for you though!

Side note on the elves; Maybe not until they update them to not start with 50% adreneline(it's on their list apparently). It's not much of an issue but if you try play relaxed/not much attention they'll stun you currently. Once they get fixed to start on 0%, they'll die before they can be a pain. I've lost my arrow. Have you seen it? It's been on my mind a lot lately...
