As far as i can see it, to name&shame you have to be the one publishing the names of those who were involved in it and what they did wrong, what happened here was those involved posted it themself, so how can this be naming and shaming?

Watching someone Lure somebody isn't harmful or offensive...
By posting it on the forums it opens the discussion about if luring should be more heavily monitored, how it can be monitored and how severe punishments for it should be.
Even if you have highlighted it, we're taking your word on it while I trust you more than Sen as I would not believe a single thing Sen says because of the things she's done in the past, nothing will happen because luring is a low priority for Jagex.
The reasoning for removing it elsewhere is that it could encourage people to do it, I think. I'd hope that people here aren't inclined to do that, but...
You have known me a long time and I have a lot of respect for you over these years.
When I say It's been Highlighted it has.
As for the video in question If after Jagex have reviewed it and it is bad enough they will get it taken down. I've seen that happen many times in the past.
