There is always something to complain about with Jagex. If it's not something they do on update, it's something they're about to or are planning to do :D

So I've just received abuse on the phone at work from an asshole that wasn't patient with my questions regarding his personal info such as name, surname, company, etc (INFORMATION I NEED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SERVICE OR REDIRECT THE CALL).

I hate people like this. And then he told my boss I was mean to him and extremely disrespectful. Fortunately my boss sided with me, but still, really annoyed me.

Not really expecting much either, and holiday events have sort of become a chore lately too
