Also, if I go to Moe's dungeon, will it trigger RoB? I assume the last song is in there.

I not ready to try RoB yet, but wanna see what it looks like down there n grab the music - won't I lose out on attempting it? Said something about it only being once a week thing?

You can attempt the D&D infinitely many times, but if you want the slayer exp reward that is once a week or something.
