Think some places for skill portals are lrc, span, crystal trees and highest 3 or 4 div areas. Have a feeling there's more but can't remember

I accidently choped out my crystal tree that i got yesterday and planted in elf city yesterday,

How and whear can i get another crystal acorn ?

Apparently you can get them from "crystal implings" but I've yet to see one, thought they wouldn't be out til batch 2.
