Yeah they are VERY BAD when it comes to getting in contact with them. They don't answer half the time and they got rid of what was a good way to contact them before (the account help ticket system), so it's even more difficult to get in touch with them.

Twitter is dumb because of the character limit - you can barely say anything.

Oh and btw... if you guys want easy money, should head over to OSRS and become a guthans nmz host. There's SO MUCH demand and little supply that I'm betting the single host that's on now is making mills an hour. I gave up trying because more guthans people kept logging and I had to go and it just got annoying. I'm surprised supply doesn't exceed demand since it's SO profitable if done right.
