Nah, I checked with an aura. Regular times were 20 minutes + 60 minutes cooldown. It used for 40 minutes then still had 60 minutes cooldown.

Walkers. I don't even remember I just have 599 charms left and I presumed it was probably close to an hour. It wasn't with notepaper and it was on my noob in probably t60 or less gear at the time

I finally got around to using those nature tabs I won on SOF and using up my wicked hood teles as well. 10/10 Jagex for the entire update, makes so much stuff now relevant.
