Change runes until you get the option that gives you 100 Vis wax - orange means it's not the correct one.
The first rune is the same for everyone, the 2nd is one out of three daily runes (air, law or chaos today) and the third is random. My combination today was Fire, chaos, mind.

Idk about reroll as I've not tried yet, but I assume you'll only get challenges in skills which you've unlocked.
