yes my guess is end of february or end of march. Could be later than that tho. (personally I am glad because this gives me more time to finish 120 all skills before it comes out)

Looks to me like the new content manager is shaking things up at jagex, and that is causing problems like this to occur.
Noticed on twitter that a couple more mods have left jagex.
