Dear Jagex,
We need your help. Who is "we" you might ask. Well, its the many hundred players of public instance Croesus, witnessed by a dozen of your
p
mods (please survey them in their forum), many of whom will NOT be using rsof now or in the future and risking any of their time made to play on forum drama sometimes leading to mutes, etc. I have surveyed them, many ways, and I speak for hundreds of players when I propose this. Any HLF users please feel free to disagree or support.
I'd like to first summarize things already in the game. We -do- have a vote to kick inside Dungeoneering, but its always been a less than perfect solution because it puts the naughty player out, alone, into an empty room, and they don't get a chance to correct the error of their ways. This kicking can be abused to eject a high level slayer that spawns a soulgazer by rascals who beg help coyly beforehand to yoink a hexhunter. Happened to me more than once. Heh.
So... lets also look at the
SPECIAL ACTION BUTTON
that is so very cool at the Kerapac fight. Timewarp. Love it. Lets bring a button just like that into the Croesus fight. I'm not sure if the Raptor has been dogeared for use at Loarnab/Ful, but if not, then the Raptor is perfect for use of this special action feature "submission." Right clicking a naughty griefer at Croesus who is repeatedly praying early, juicing hits to spike enrage, or pulling rot nodes... after 2 votes... of sorts... the actual Raptor appears following the naughty player like a summoned familiar.
This already feels very Runescape, doesn't it?
At 8 votes to unleash the Raptor on the naughty player is a NEAT animation of the Raptor swinging mighty flail and forcing the player to submission and ejection to the balcony. They can stand there still part of the instance and read what they might have done wrong, and re-enter in 4 minutes to try and meet the requests of the group. Its not bad for the game. No one...
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons
