I like the polls
Most of them are about how to improve the game experience or community within.

Main Subject: What do you use your bank mainly for.
Suggested Title: Bank usage?
Suggested Question 1: Do you make multiple tabs for different skills?
- suggested answer a I just leave it jumbled in one tab
- suggested answer b Yes for skills
- suggested answer c I use them for questing
Suggested Question 2: What is mainly in your bank?
- suggested answer a Combat items (potions, armor, weapons etc)
- suggested answer b questing items
- suggested answer c skilling items
Suggested Question 3: How much bank space do you use?
- suggested answer a 0-150
- suggested answer b 150-300
- suggested answer c 300-450+
Suggested Question 4: How often do you clean out your bank for junk that you do or don't want?
- suggested answer a Never got around to it
- suggested answer b I always leave my bank full of items i want

Here's what I have to say about latest poll. How do I feel about my in-game character? You know the main reason I can't say I identify myself with my in-game character? Because he's a moron! After doing quests I could see how often my guy showed lack of brain by getting naively fooled into various plots and doing things he shouldn't. He's an idiot unfortunately, which makes it hard to think of him as myself. If I was there doing the quests, I'd often do things differently. Fortunately for my character many modern quests don't require thinking, because the quest NPC just tell him exactly what needs to be done, he does it and quest is finished.
As for his looks... I made him completely unlike me, but gave him this lovely hair to look gorgeous.
I preferred his old face before all the graphical updates though.
And no, I don't feel like I'm in there when I play. I like multitasking and I'm never really that deeply in game without connection with anything else and real life.
Anyway what keeps me coming back? To be honest I'd be willing to select most of these options, they're all good reasons, but I just picked a few most important. And I think the most important reason of them all is this one: "I enjoy the fact that RuneScape is kept fresh by regular updates". Yup... If it wasn't for all the work you guys constantly put in it, I'd probably be bored of it already after all this time.
