Most of the times i enjoy answering in a poll.
That is, if the poll title seems interesting enough to take a look at.
And of course when it's for free and members. :S

Some answers were quite odd as they included smileys.
I think it gives the poll a bit more friendlier look, but also a bit less serious.
Not that i didn't enjoyed the:"I dunno lol." answer with the funny smiley. :P
But it's just... new i guess.
I'll get used to it.

So, well, keep up the good work and make some more nice polls in the future. ;)

Hey Mod Howes, I think player submitted and even staff made polls are a great addition to regular gameplay and website features, but there is one aspect of it I think doesn't make sense. Sure, most polls should be about gameplay, but don't you think some of the motivations people vote on (such as the last poll, "what's your motivation?&quot ;) aren't even related to regular gameplay? I voted on the last poll about 10 minutes ago, and some of the options I would have picked if I had made the choices had nothing to do with regular gameplay. the main reason I play is to get away from my irritable mother, and to pass time in between the other things I do day to day. For instance, the main reason I keep playing is because Runescape allows me to escape from the limitations of the real world, and to be myself in a world without limits, and do what I think fits me best. I think you would be suprised how many people might vote for them if you put random options on polls like what I said about my mom.(I was just exaggerating, she's really not a bad person) Runescape rocks! :D Lets keep everything about it rockin' too!! :)

First, Yes I am here because you asked for replys.
Second, I am here because I like some of the mini games but not all, I refuse to kill anyone, mini game or not but--resent that I can't get the items from some of those games without killing someone. I won't even get my Ardy hard diary cape cause of the Castle Wars part. I know they don't lose anything in most of the games, I know it's ok with them or they wouldn't be in the game; I have lost too many people important to me and I don't like death--so I avoid killing, try to avoid dying.
Third, I found Runescape at the age of 50 after my first husband's death. This game helped me through my grief, through the bad times. RS has grown, become and is wonderful, I remember when withdrawing coin from the bank was 1 at a time, and I cheered when they got the 10 option. I wish the kids on the game would quit telling older people to get a life. With my bad knees, bad heart and a need to be near people-RS is wonderful for me and others. My reponse (cause I couldn't think of something even better) is: Where is your life, why aren't you outside using the youth you have?
Fourth, I like to play the game like life, not skilling too much, not too much combat (I can get my mind around combat with n.p.c.s,) just doing each day what I feel like and only occasionally working hard at a skill (usually in the last 10-15% before a level.)
Fifth, I have competed in Herd (clan) competiton in a private adult clan and seen how obsessive I can get competing with others, esp ones I know. I don't advise long competitions like the Herd has had (48hrs) as it can ruin people's health to not sleep for that long and just sit and click. I would advise longer ones even less. I know RS doesn't have them but clans do.

I have probably talked enough here, Best wishes and I do like most of the polls, but didn't like the player suggested one where there were no decent answers, I couldn't answer any of them, none of the answers were even funny ones.

This week's poll was one of the best recently. I've been playing for a very long time (over 6 years) and although I enjoyed the game before joining a clan, I really love it now. Many of the clan members have been playing together for years and we do a lot of group activities. I play for the cc and the varied activities mostly; I like leveling up but prefer varying my activities rather than pushing a particular skill to 99.

Like Dawn Beth, I found rs after my husband's death and found support and friendship worldwide. I have met some clan members who live locally in person as well as spending a day with one in New Zealand and one in Tasmania while traveling there.
