If I was taking one real world item to the wilderness it would be some grass seeds and plant them. The wilderness is really desolate and depressing, so I would make it green and colorful.

if i could bring one item into the wilderness it would be my new car so i can run over the competition, a mazda rx-8, because we all know everything works better in triangles. (baha rotary engine)

If I was taking one real world item to the wilderness it would be my case of Mello Yellow because I need a nice cool drink after slaying someone, use it to heal myself, or use it as a distraction to get people off my back. ^_^

I would have to say my laptop. Because I heard you like Runescape, so I brought the Wilderness to the Wilderness so you can PK while you PK. </old meme>
EDIT: I wonder if Wifi Technology works past level 20 Wilderness....
